Sterling Pointe is a progressive, full-service veterinary clinic providing both general practice and urgent care services. What You'll Do

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients visiting the hospital

Create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
-
Schedule appointments for general practice and urgent care visits

Help prioritize scheduling needs and communicate urgent concerns appropriately

Manage client communications accurately and efficiently
-
Check patients and clients in and out for appointments

Maintain accurate client and patient information
-
Process invoices and collect payments
-
Assist clients with questions about hospital services, scheduling, and policies
-
Communicate clearly and compassionately during routine and stressful situations
-
Coordinate information between clients and the veterinary medical team

Support veterinarians, technicians, and assistants by helping maintain efficient communication

Document client interactions accurately

Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information

Help keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming

Support an efficient front-desk workflow in a busy veterinary environment

Help create an outstanding experience for every client and pet
What You'll Bring

Previous customer service experience is preferred

Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience is a plus
