Essential Responsibilities

Provide support and practical job coaching to participants, with the goal of broadening skill sets and preparing participants to pursue opportunities for future independent employment
- Assess clients’ vocational performance on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with colleagues to support client engagement efforts to maximize successful outcomes
- Maintain a safe and efficient work site by providing necessary work equipment, provide safety training to participants using the tools, and ensure all distributed supplies are accounted for and stored correctly at the end of each shift
- Provide engaged, client-centered supervision of crews which integrates organizational training standards into daily field operations
- Submit case notes and supporting documentation into Apricot, Tracktik (Incident Reports), and Microsoft365 in a timely manner and in accordance with organizational standards.
- Provide effective service delivery by utilizing person centered, strengths-based, trauma informed, and harm-reduction perspectives
- Collaborate with appropriate teams and partners to ensure accuracy of client sign-in, sign-out, and break reporting

Proactively carries out client engagement, interview, and assessment efforts for clients interested in pursuing advanced workforce development opportunities
- Ensure effective communication between the SES team and workforce first participants by providing relevant feedback promptly and constructively

Provide soft skills development via Personalized Improvement Plans, in collaboration with the Case Management Team
- May communicate program needs and/or submit work orders to fleet and facilities as it pertains to the scope of resident work opportunities or workforce first operations

May operate a large passenger van with attached trailer daily, providing transportation for crew members to and from worksites

Compensation
FLSA status: Non-Exempt
$24.84/hour (Annualized $51,675.00) +5% if fully bilingual in Spanish or ASL
Employment Status and Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours/week
1st Shift: M-F 8am-4pm
Shift differential of +10% compensation for hours worked between 7pm-7am weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
