Are you a skilled troubleshooter who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to anchor our night shift operations.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our production lines moving. You’ll partner closely with production teams to minimize downtime, perform advanced equipment repairs, handle preventive maintenance, and ensure our facility meets the highest standards for safety, quality, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on production equipment, facility systems, utilities, and building operations according to established safety and quality standards.
Technical Compliance: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Documentation: Complete maintenance work orders, accurately record time/repairs, and assist with maintaining parts inventory.
Safety & Food Safety First: Strictly follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Maintain absolute compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Support equipment installations, modifications, and process improvements to help us grow.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food/beverage or regulated manufacturing experience is a major plus!).
Technical Skills: mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting capabilities. Direct experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is preferred.
Blueprints: Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment according to established quality and safety standards
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize production downtime
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation
Complete maintenance work orders and accurately record time and repairs
Maintain parts inventory and documentation
Perform facility, grounds, and utility maintenance
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements
Understand machine setup and operation to better support production needs
Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety requirements
Collaborate with production and other departments to support company goals
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
