Pivotal Executive Group is hiring a full-time Wireless Associate to support our Verizon customer engagement campaign in the Temecula area. This Wireless Associate role involves working directly with residential customers to provide information about Verizon products and services, assist with account setup, and support the completion of new sales.
This Wireless Associate position is an in-person role focused on customer interaction, product education, and account support. The Wireless Associate represents Verizon in the field and plays an important role in delivering a clear, professional, and helpful customer experience.
Wireless Associate Responsibilities
- Engage with residential customers in person to present Verizon wireless and internet services
- Provide accurate information about available plans, features, and service options
- Assist customers with new account enrollment, upgrades, and service changes
- Support the completion of sales transactions in accordance with company guidelines
- Respond to customer questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Maintain accurate records of Verizon customer interactions and completed enrollments
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and service offerings
- Participate in ongoing Wireless Associate training and team meetings to maintain consistency and performance
Wireless Associate Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person environment
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
- Reliable, dependable, and able to follow structured processes
- Self-motivated with a positive and coachable attitude
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
