Savety Yellow Products is a family-owned manufacturer of industrial safety products serving customers across the United States.
We are seeking a full-time Quoting Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on assisting customers with inbound phone calls, emails, quote requests, and product inquiries. The ideal candidate will learn our product line, help customers identify the right solutions for their applications, and prepare accurate price quotations.
This is not a call center position. Our customers typically contact us with specific questions, quote requests, or project needs, and we work with them to provide information and pricing in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer phone calls and emails
- Prepare and process customer quotations
- Assist customers with product selection and application questions
- Follow up on quote requests and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer and quote records
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure accurate information and pricing
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to problem-solve and think critically
- Comfortable working with numbers and measurements
- Able to learn technical product information
- Proficient with computers and common office software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Sales support, quoting, estimating, or inside sales experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, construction, or related industries is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
