Job Opening: Licensed Physical Therapist
Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic.
- Supportive, collaborative team with mentorship opportunities
- Set weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (No weekends!)
- 1-hour evaluations, 8–10 patients per day
- Dedicated PTA support and shared caseloads for continuity of care
- Fully equipped gym (traditional & Pilates Reformer/Cadillac equipment)
- Private treatment rooms & open gym with treatment tables
- WebPT EMR system with integrated billing, HEP, and MIPS
- Company-provided laptop for documentation and patient management
Our Focus
- Therapeutic Exercise and Manual Therapy focus
- Patient education for long-term independence
- Treating a variety of orthopedic injuries (pre/post-surgical), fall risk, osteoporosis, and sports injuries
Who We’re Looking For
- A Physical Therapist who values autonomy and quality patient care
- New grads welcome! Mentorship provided by experienced PTs and PTAs
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California PT license (or PTLA status applicants considered)
Position Details
- Job Type: part time- Full time
- Schedule: 24–40 hours/week, between 3–5 days/week
- Salary: Dependent on experience
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
- Location: Santa Rosa, CA (on-site)
