Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled sandwiches, including ,veggie bowls, following established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are strictly followed during all food handling and preparation processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures at all times
- Support food production efforts by participating in meal preparation for large events or high-volume service periods
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, knives, and other culinary tools
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements
- Proven culinary experience in restaurant settings, with strong grilling skills
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food handling regulations and safety standards within the food industry
