Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Support Staff member to join the Wild Sage Kitchen & Cocktails family. This role is essential to the overall guest experience, ensuring our dining room, bar, and service teams have everything they need to operate efficiently. If you enjoy staying active, working behind the scenes, and being a key part of a successful service, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers and bartenders by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly
- Deliver food and beverages as needed to support smooth service
- Refill water, stock service stations, and maintain dining room cleanliness
- Assist with dishwashing, polishing glassware, and organizing service areas when needed
- Remove trash, maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and uphold sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Anticipate team needs and provide support wherever necessary during service
