House Cleaner / Helper
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking House Cleaner / Helper to join our cleaning company. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning residential homes and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently while following company standards and client instructions.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services in clients’ homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces
- Follow company cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home with attention to detail
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
- Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or issues noticed during cleanings
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to complete assigned jobs professionally
- Help maintain a positive experience for clients by delivering consistent, high-quality work
Qualifications
- Previous house cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Physical ability to bend, lift, stand, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards
