Partners Dental Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Practice Support Associate to support daily orthodontic case intake and answering incoming calls. This role is foundational to maintaining production flow, service consistency, and dependable support for our partner practices.

Position Overview
The Practice Support Associate is an entry-level, execution-focused role responsible for accurate orthodontic case intake and dependable phone coverage and serves as the foundation of daily intake throughput, ensuring standard submissions are entered accurately, customer calls are answered promptly and unclear items are escalated quickly to prevent downstream delays or remakes.
This role is essential in maintaining daily responsiveness, production flow, and consistency service to orthodontic practices.
Core Focus Areas
- Intake execution and case entry for standard submissions
- Phone coverage, call routing, and first-line responsiveness
- Answering basic customer support questions
- Supporting daily intake volume and department throughput
Key Responsibilities
Case Intake & Entry
- Enter cases accurately into internal systems based on prescriptions
- Process standard intake work with attention to detail and completeness
- Ensure cases are routed correctly and swiftly for downstream production
Phone Coverage & Call Support
- Provide reliable phone coverage throughout the workday
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Route calls appropriately when clinical or advanced support is needed
- Support basic customer questions related to submissions, cases status, or intake requirements
Daily Responsiveness & Workflow Support
- Contribute to consistent daily throughput and intake volume goals
- Maintain responsiveness across phones, inbox tasks, and intake execution
- Escalate unclear, incomplete, or conflicting case information quickly to prevent errors
Key Expectations
Practice Support Associates are expected to:
- Maintain accurate case entry with minimal rework
- Provide timely phone coverage and dependable responsiveness
- Escalate unclear prescriptions or missing information early
- Support the team’s daily intake volume and service-level needs
- Build speed and consistency over the first 30-60 days in role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
