Beginning August 3rd, 2026, and running through May 21st, 2027, this contract position offers you the opportunity to work alongside a talented and compassionate team, serving a diverse group of scholars in a supportive school environment.
You’ll be working with a caseload typically ranging from 10 to 20 students, with assignment to either K-4 or 5-8 grades based on enrollment and student needs. With a total campus population of approximately 1,000, your expertise will help address a wide variety of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-8 students in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and counseling abilities
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and community partners
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpretation of results
- Develop and support implementation of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention strategies
- Provide consultation and intervention services for students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student success
- Participate in team meetings and provide crisis intervention when needed
