We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for managing a team to ensure efficient workflow across all related departments, with a strong focus on inbound receiving, replenishments, truck and pallet builds for the shipping season, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, dedicated to maximizing workforce productivity, maintaining accurate inventory, and enforcing strict safety protocols. Warminster, PA. Onsite. Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm.
Role and Responsibilities:

Train, manage, and evaluate warehouse and seasonal staff.

Conduct new employee orientation, setting expectations and safety guidelines.

Assign daily tasks and workloads to warehouse associates.

Monitor and improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of operations.

Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance.
-
Cross-train team members for better department coverage.
-
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate inventory.

Utilize Microsoft D365 to support warehouse operations.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:

Strong Leadership and communication skills

Basic inventory and warehouse operations knowledge

Ability to operate machinery, i.e. forklifts and pallet jacks

Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS

Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods

Work in various temperatures and conditions

Problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn
