Alpha Novatech, Inc. is a global supplier of thermal management solutions.
Our primary products are heat sinks and related thermal products, which are used in a wide range of industries including networking, servers, test equipment, aerospace, and other high-tech applications.

To maintain and strengthen our relationships with customers, suppliers, and the communities we serve, we are looking for an honest, motivated, and humble individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and projects
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
- Advise customers on our products and thermal solutions
- Coordinate order processing, shipping activities, and related administrative tasks
- Support various company operations as needed
As a small company, team members are expected to contribute beyond their primary responsibilities and assist with a variety of business functions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Friendly, humble, and team-oriented personality
- Background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- General technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are more important than advanced engineering expertise
