We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As the face of Dragonfly Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in our customers' homes, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems with a high level of precision, care, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Accurately troubleshoot residential plumbing issues and provide lasting solutions for leaks, drainage, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Honest Communication: Provide upfront, transparent pricing and clear explanations to customers. We value long-term trust over "hard sales" tactics.
- Quality Workmanship: Ensure all installations and repairs meet or exceed local building codes and our own high standards for "neat and tidy" work.
- Respect the Home: Treat every customer’s space as if it were your own—leaving it clean and in better shape than you found it.
- Mentor: Support and share your expertise with junior team members to help our "locally-grown" team thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential or light commercial plumbing.
- Credentials: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Integrity: A strong moral compass. You are someone who tells the whole truth about a repair, even when it’s not the most profitable option.
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships with the community.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tablet/phone tools and software for documenting work and providing estimates.
