Join our team supporting aerospace manufacturing operations where precision, speed, and compliance matter. We’re looking for a Production Control Representative to plan, coordinate, and expedite materials and work orders to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) in a regulated aerospace environment located in Tempe, AZ.
What You’ll Do

Release and manage work orders, production schedules, and shipment priorities

Track WIP, material availability, and production progress

Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues

Adjust schedules for engineering changes, shortages, and customer priorities

Expedite materials with suppliers and internal teams

Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability

Support OTD performance and production reporting

Ensure compliance with ITAR and aerospace quality standards (AS9100)
What You Bring
-
2+ years in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing (preferred)
-
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing a plus)

Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365

Knowledge of production scheduling, WIP control, and material flow

Familiarity with ITAR, traceability, and quality requirements

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
