- Before Field Work | Prep & Strategy: Team sync, product training, pitch practice, and territory mapping in Bangor.
- The Job | Field Execution: Engage directly with prospective customers in fiber-ready neighborhoods, educating them on high-speed Fiber Internet options and closing sales.
- Flexible Full-Time Hours: Focus your time when residents are home to maximize close rates and commission checks.
Compensation & Realistic Earning Potential
- Average Earners: $90,000 – $120,000 / year
- Top Performers: $150,000+ / year (Uncapped)
- Example Breakdown: Our reps generates roughly $1,800–$2,500+ per week in direct commission.
