The Role We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to the final installation. Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Greet and qualify customers to understand their specific office needs and recommend the best furniture solutions.
- Account Management: Proactively follow up with leads and maintain relationships with our existing client base to ensure repeat business.
- Showroom Excellence: Assist in maintaining a professional, visually appealing showroom floor.
- Project Coordination: Manage the details—from processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse to ensuring on-time delivery.
- Continuous Growth: Stay up-to-date on furniture trends, ergonomics, and new product lines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a sales-driven or high-end customer service environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You must be comfortable on the phone and in person.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required (Microsoft Office/Email). Experience with CRM or design software is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: A "results-oriented" mindset, high attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary + Commission: Competitive base pay with uncapped commission potential.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
