Kennel Attendant – Dry Pond Animal Hospital and Pet Resort

Dry Pond Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated Full Time Kennel Attendant to join our dedicated team! Our kennel attendants play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the pets in our care.
Responsibilities include:
- Feeding, walking, and providing enrichment for dogs
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, runs, and common areas
- Assisting with laundry, dishes, and facility upkeep
- Monitoring the health and behavior of boarding and daycare dogs
- Communicating effectively with veterinary and resort staff
- Providing compassionate care and attention to all animals
Qualifications:
- Previous animal care or kennel experience preferred, but not required
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle animals of all sizes safely
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent animal care
- Flexibility in schedule
Important Availability Requirement:
This position requires availability on weekends and holidays. Our pets need care every day of the year, and we are looking for team members who can commit to a consistent, reliable schedule.
