Position Description
- This position will begin as a Press Assistant with a pathway to Press Operator
- The Press Assistant is an integral part of the production team.
- Ensuring successful & tactical production of screen print orders is the primary duty of this role.
- Accuracy, Efficient Processes, Continuous Improvement, Quality Control & Priority Management are all critical focuses of any position within our shop.
- First Shift 7:30am-4pm. Seasonal overtime.

- Experience preferred but not necessary. Compensation will be based on experience.
- Candidates must be reliable, hard working, up-beat, energetic and have reliable transportation and a valid license.

Responsibilities & Common Tasks
- Perform all screen print functions as needed. Such as; setting up & running an automatic press, preparing production materials, counting shirts, folding shirts, mixing inks, etc
- Facilitate production schedules by collaborating with Production Manager, Art Department & Front of House
- Help define & refine SOPs to maintain the highest quality, consistency & accuracy standards
- Ensure protocols & processes are followed to aid in proper documentation and order flow
- Constantly refine pertinent systems & tasks to ensure optimum efficiency
- Help maintain shop tidiness & organization
- Operate as a professional, with upbeat and positive vibes at every interaction with clients & coworkers.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
