Option 1: Schedule: Weds-Sat 4:00-8:45pm
Option 2: Schedule: Tuesday 4-8:45, Sat 9am-3pm, Sun 9am-3pm

Responsibilities
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining area
- Greet guests warmly as a host, managing reservations (OpenTable), seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Support food handling and delivery by ensuring timely and accurate service of orders from the kitchen to guests
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas including dining spaces, service stations, and restrooms through regular cleaning routines
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs efficiently
- Help with catering setups or special event support as needed to ensure seamless execution of functions
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and handling procedures in accordance with industry regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, Fine/Up-scale dining preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during busy shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres for all guests
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
