About Canyon State Inspection
Canyon State Inspection (CSI) is a leading provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, committed to delivering quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our Tucson operations.
This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, improving processes, and executing strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, sound business judgment, and a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Non-Destructive Testing experience is NOT required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead employees while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with company leadership to establish strategic goals and implement initiatives that support business growth.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience. Experience in Non-Destructive Testing is NOT REQUIRED.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
