A growing entertainment company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex IT projects across the organization. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish project governance, improve project management processes, and support the company's continued growth and expansion.

Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through completion while meeting schedule, scope, and budget requirements.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with management and stakeholders.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication plans.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and presentations.

Manage project dependencies and critical paths.

Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

Assist in developing IT project management standards, governance, and best practices.

Support short-, mid-, and long-term IT project budgeting and planning.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of IT project management experience.

Experience managing software development and IT infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

Japanese language proficiency.

Experience developing project governance, processes, and IT standards.
