Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Dentist for an established outpatient dental practice in Newberry, South Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join an established outpatient dental practice providing comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform preventive, restorative, and routine dental procedures while developing long-term patient relationships
- Practice with strong clinical autonomy supported by an experienced clinical team
- Opportunity to grow within an expanding dental organization with partnership potential
- Four-day work week supporting work-life balance
COMPENSATION
- Eligible to earn 30% of production
- $600 Daily Guarantee During The First 3 Months
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Partnership Opportunities Available
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Four-Day Work Week
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform preventive, restorative, and routine dental procedures
- Complete treatment planning and patient education
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Collaborate with the clinical support team to deliver quality patient care

Requirements:
- DDS or DMD REQUIRED
- Active South Carolina Dental License REQUIRED
- Comfortable Performing General Dental Procedures Including Extractions, Root Canals, And Fillings REQUIRED
- Strong Communication And Patient Relationship Skills REQUIRED
