As our installation division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Plumbing Installer to lead residential and commercial installation projects from start to finish.
Job Overview This role is focused on plumbing installation—not service work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in install work, and confident leading crews while delivering high-quality results on both residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish
- Perform whole-home repipes, redrains, and commercial plumbing installs
- Conduct utility locating and operate pipe lasers
- Lead and coordinate installation crews on job sites
- Perform concrete finishing as needed
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing installation experience
- Experience with whole-home repipes and redrains
- Knowledge of utility locating and pipe laser operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
