Overview:
We are looking for the right customer service rep to join our existing team. We are a family-owned local insurance agency that thrives on our personal relationships with clients. We enjoy our time together and take pride in protecting our clients and their families.
Duties:
- Interact with clients on the phone and via email with an attitude of kindness and willingness to help in any way possible
- Use multiple computer systems to make policy changes, solve billing issues, and guide clients in times of need
- Work with fellow team members to get tasks done efficiently and with quality
Requirements:
- A candidate that is already Property/Casualty licensed in Michigan would be ideal and would be compensated accordingly.
- An endlessly positive attitude is a MUST. We don't do drama around here!
- The ability to communicate with client and fellow team members in a mature manner on the phone and in person
- Experience with multiple computer systems and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
