Location -Hilliard, Ohio
Hours - 7am -3pm
Pay Rate $17-$18 per hour
Job Summary
Assembles, tests, and packages electro-mechanical products according to work orders, drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Ensures products meet quality, safety, ESD, and production requirements.
Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products.

Read and interpret work orders, drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.

Perform basic product testing and verify proper operation.

Collect and verify materials needed for production.

Complete required documentation, labeling, and packaging.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all safety, quality, and ESD procedures.

Support cross-training, team activities, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.

Ability to read drawings, instructions, and basic schematics.

Basic computer and math skills.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
