Key Responsibilities
- Help our leadership team stay organized, prepared, and focused on the right priorities each day.
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for team members, customers, vendors, and partners
- Coordinate meetings, materials, notes, and follow-up items
- Manage executive communications, email priorities, and correspondence
- Arrange travel, lodging, itineraries, and related logistics
- Support office operations, supplies, vendors, and shared spaces
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized files and protect confidential information
- Support special projects, research, and cross-department coordination
- Coordinate company meetings, events, lunches, and visitor arrangements
- Organize expense reports, invoices, receipts, and administrative records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive, administrative, or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and professional with confidential information
- Independent, proactive, and able to follow through
- Office operations, vendor, meeting, travel, or event experience preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
