The purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the Store Manager in ensuring the store location follows company policies and procedures - focusing in on customer experience, employee development, and shop specific operations.
Team Training

assist in development of all employees with testing and training

develop proper communication with store manager and regional managers

helping store manager in recruitment and promoting of employees
Quality

ensure all services and customer interaction is of superior quality

inspect store grounds and facilities are clean and in good working order

help to ensure inventory levels and orders are made properly
Team and Store focus

assistant in preparing work schedules

assign work positions and daily activities

conduct opening and closing procedures

assist in all daily operations
