The overall responsibility of the sales staff will be to develop presentation sales opportunities, communicate with our customers and follow-up during each stage of system sales projects. Once a potential system sale is proposed, the rep will create a master document after thorough questioning that will include details of the system’s functions, as well as the customer’s requested completion date. Upon evaluation of the project manager, the need for a joint survey will be determined, which will include details about the room structure. This information will then be carried to a meeting with the Director of Engineering, who will be able to produce an accurate quote that is then approved by inside sales support. When under revision, a job folder will be created as the master file including all vital information for the proposal. The reps will then bring these files to the sales manager and project manager for approval and review. The rep will also follow through with the project and customer payment, to assure completion and avoid any problems that may occur. Minimum 2 years experience selling audio visual equipment, ICIA CTS certification preferred.
