Job Description
- Represent clients in Housing Court and other courts throughout all five boroughs of New York City.
- Manage landlord-tenant and housing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, affirmations, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, motions, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Independently manage deadlines, caseloads, and assigned matters with minimal supervision.
- Deliver strategic legal guidance while maintaining exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Bar license in good standing.
- 1+ year of landlord-tenant or housing litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Experience drafting litigation documents and appearing in court.
- Excellent organization, case management, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of New York City.
- Must be available for full-time employment and regular in-person court appearances.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
