Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present drink menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take beverage orders accurately
- Serve drinks promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour
