Success in This Role
Accounting & Data Processing
· Enter and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Assist with accounts payable/receivable, and bank transaction processing.
· Support reconciliations and account maintenance activities.
· Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
Team Support
· Provide support to Accounting Assistants, Senior Accounting Assistants, and Accounting & Tax Advisors.
· Assist with routine accounting tasks across multiple client accounts.
· Support workflow management and departmental projects.
· Help manage workload demands during peak periods.
Client Information Support
· Assist with gathering and organizing client information.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Support timely completion of client deliverables.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Learning & Development
· Develop accounting knowledge and technical skills.
· Learn accounting software and organizational processes.
· Embrace coaching and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
Required
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
Preferred
· Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
· Previous office, bookkeeping, data entry, record management, customer service, or accounting support experience.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounting software.
· Experience with accounting software or document management systems.
