Depot Service Coordinator

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Depot Service Coordinator to be the central command for all things repairs, return logistics, and loaner equipment. You’ll be the go-to person for customers and our internal service teams—think of yourself as the glue that holds our depot service operations together.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
- Guiding customers through service cases like a friendly GPS—clear updates, no wrong turns.
- Coordinating return shipments, tracking loaner equipment and reporting like a pro
- Communicating repair quotes and status updates with accuracy and empathy.
- Handling invoices, credits, and case closures without breaking a sweat.
- Tracking open cases, flagging issues, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Supporting escalations and collaborating with techs, field teams, and customer support to make magic happen.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Love a good checklist (and checking it twice).
- Are a spreadsheet sorcerer (bonus points for Excel pivot table powers).
- Speak fluent "customer service" and enjoy turning problems into solutions.
- Have experience with systems like Salesforce—or are quick to learn.
- Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball (or the barcode).
- Stay calm and collected when things go sideways—and know how to bring them back on track.

- 4+ years in a customer-facing or coordination role.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and all about the details.
- College degree? Great. Equivalent experience? Also great.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite like it’s your second language.
- Up to 10% travel for site visits or the occasional audit adventure.
