This is a hands-on floor management job. You will step onto the line when the kitchen gets busy, train staff, and handle back-office paperwork. It fits a food service worker who knows how to control labor costs, manage cash procedures, and use basic software like Microsoft Excel.
What You Need
- Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of previous job experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred:
- Some college education
Your Day-to-Day
- Direct crew assignments and train staff on correct station procedures.
- Process daily cash drops and monitor register accuracy.
- Track store inventory, waste, and labor costs for the General Manager.
- Screen prospective applicants and process new hire paperwork.
- Talk directly with customers and fix service issues on the spot.
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean to meet safety standards.
Compensation & Extras
- $14.00 Base hourly pay (total earning potential up to $16.00 per hour)
- Shared customer tips (up to $2.00 per hour)
