Our 39 year old, family-owned restaurant located in Warren, OH is currently seeking a full-time host or hostess! Understanding this is the most crucial job in our restaurant, a host/hostess presents a positive first impression of the friendliness, excellent service and high standards of our restaurant! Duties:
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Maintain an even distribution of tables for each server
Responsibilities:
- A reliable person with a positive and energetic demeanor
- Must have physical ability, stamina, and flexibility to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ensure high-quality service standards and maintain standards of excellence.
- Lead by example by being an example of positive behavior in every interaction with guests, team members, and customers.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
