Job Title: Remote Outbound Call Center Agent (Survey Research)
Location: Remote — NC, SC, TX, KS, GA or VA only

Start as a temp and become a permanent hire after a successful probationary period marked by strong attendance and quality performance. This is a long-term opportunity with clear pay progression and provided equipment after initial training.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound survey calls and read questions clearly and professionally.
- Accurately record responses in a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system.
- Meet daily quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
- Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
- Contribute to a positive, motivated remote team environment.
Schedule
- Weekday evenings and weekend daytime shifts required.
- Occasional additional daytime hours may be available.
Compensation
- Starting at $13.00/hour
- $13.50/hour after 30 days
- $14.00/hour after 90 days
- $14.50/hour upon conversion to permanent with our client
What You’ll Need.
- Your own Windows 10 or 11 laptop/desktop, plus headset and webcam for initial training.
- After successfully completing the first 3 days of training, client-provided equipment is issued.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry.
- 1+ year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a reading assessment.
- Ability to pass a background check (may include criminal history, employment, and education verification).
