Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to optimize service operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands
- Lead, motivate, and supervise senior managers and operational teams to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for expanding service offerings
- Oversee project management initiatives related to service delivery improvements, technology upgrades, or new program launches
- Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team to sustain high levels of engagement and performance
