Accounting Associate / Accounts Payable

With 21 locations across Oregon, Washington, and Arizona, and our brand new headquarters in Tigard, Oregon, we pride ourselves on strong relationships, teamwork, and delivering excellence to our customers.
We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Associate / Accounts Payable professional to join our team on-site at our Tigard headquarters. Our salary is based on skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.
Position Summary
In this role, you will take ownership of high-volume accounts payable processing while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all vendor and internal communications. This position plays a vital role in supporting the financial health and integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments (checks, EFTs, online payments)
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding inquiries and billing issues
- Prepare and submit external reporting, including positive pay uploads and 1099s
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company standards
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support the Controller with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, with strong emphasis in high-volume accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
- Location: On-site in Tigard, Oregon
