We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and efficient team
- Supervise food handling, cooking processes, and kitchen management to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage food production to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities seamlessly
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all departments
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to guarantee an exceptional dining experience
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support restaurant profitability
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team development
- Background in food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and hygiene
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and operational workflows effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel-related food service roles is advantageous
