Part-Time Front Desk Representative
Location: Brazos Valley MMA and Fitness – Post Oak Mall, College Station, TX
Hours: 15-25 hours per week
Schedule: Evening shifts between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our members and guests while playing a key role in sales and retention. This position is responsible for welcoming new visitors, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, and helping them get started with the right program. You’ll also support daily operations and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming gym and front desk. If you’re comfortable talking with people, building trust, and closing memberships, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and check them in for classes
- Handle sales, memberships, and contract entries
- Respond to phone, text, and email inquiries
- Keep retail inventory organized and stocked
- Perform janitorial tasks in a gym environment to maintain cleanliness
- Enter data and track information accurately
- Support and implement new processes or ideas
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer service
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid math skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Must be available during the school year and summer
