Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that we meet our client's staffing needs in the warehouse industry and involves both recruitment and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy-driven environment, where we aim to fill approximately 20+ orders weekly while minimizing turnover and maximizing retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. and hire high-quality candidates for warehouse positions, ensuring the best match for both the candidates and client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a recruitment strategy tailored to the fast-paced environment of the warehouse industry.
- Administrative Duties: Manage all administrative tasks related to recruitment, including documentation, onboarding, and maintaining accurate records.
- Turnover management: Work proactively to ensure no turnover within the workforce, minimizing costs associated with failed training.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on recruitment KPI and turnover rate.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a solid understanding of various technical roles and requirements.
- Strong talent management skills, with the ability to identify high-potential candidates effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the organization and candidates.
- Proficiency in using ADP, Avionte, or similar HR software for recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates.
- Experience in employee orientation processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Develop training programs that support employee growth and retention.
