Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager, Aftermarket Programs to lead the global aftermarket demand generation strategy across our installed customer base.
Aftermarket services represent one of the most strategically important growth engines within our business area, and this highly visible role is responsible for building and executing integrated, omnichannel marketing programs that drive customer engagement and revenue throughout the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption through expansion, renewal, recovery, and long-term customer success.
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will own the end-to-end strategy for global aftermarket demand generation, developing scalable programs that accelerate service adoption, product upgrades, modernization initiatives, training and certification enrollment, and customer retention. This individual will partner closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Inside Sales, and external agency partners to deliver measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded demand generation leader with deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign optimization. Experience supporting industrial technology, manufacturing, hardware, or aftermarket service organizations is highly desirable.
