K Financial is seeking a full time Support Administrator Specialist to join our team. We are a small CPA firm located in downtown Louisville, Colorado that specializes in delivering audit services. This job will be focused primarily on preparing templated reports and documents and providing support to the Support Team. The candidate must have exceptional word processing skills and attention to detail. The primary attributes we seek in a Support Administrator Specialist are a willingness and ability to handle a wide range of tasks. In order to be successful at the job, the candidate must be very organized and capable of working independently and in a team setting. This position will pay a salary of between $48,000 and $62,400 depending on experience.

The tasks that the Support Administrator Specialist will handle include (but are not limited to):
· Engagement letter preparation and distribution for audit and examination projects
· Subcontract agreement preparation and distribution
· Coordinate new client assignment to partners/senior managers
· Coordinate the processing and tracking of engagement letters and subcontract agreements for the Support Team
· Report preparation which includes compiling and editing reports using Microsoft products and Adobe Acrobat
· Tracking delivery and receipt of documents and details necessary for engagements
· Providing support to partners, senior managers and the Support Team as needed
· Assist with planning and organizing community outreach activities through the K Financial Foundation
· Other administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
· Administrative experience
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with particular skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
· Previous experience with Adobe
· Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time/priority management skills
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
· Ability to be proactive with tasks at hand, and anticipate work flow needs
· Willingness to take on additional tasks as K Financial continues to grow, i.e. firm and individual licensing, office management items as needed, etc.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
