As a Route Delivery Driver, you will spend your day delivering clean linen products to restaurants and hospitality customers, building strong relationships with your assigned accounts, and ensuring every customer receives reliable, professional service.
We are a growing company that offers a friendly, clean, and team-oriented work environment. Every new driver receives an extensive hands-on training program to ensure they feel confident and prepared before taking over their own route. In addition to competitive base pay, drivers also have the opportunity to earn commission by growing and maintaining their routes.
Schedule (approximately)
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM during training
- Transition to a 4-day workweek after training
- Average of 40 hours per week
Job Description
St Croix Linen is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to deliver clean linen products to restaurants and other hospitality customers throughout the Twin Cities metro area. This position involves driving an established delivery route, unloading clean linen, collecting soiled linen, and providing outstanding customer service while serving as the face of our company.
Our drivers play an important role in helping restaurants and hospitality businesses operate smoothly by ensuring they always have the products they need.

Responsibilities
- Drive a 28-foot box truck on an established delivery route servicing primarily restaurants, with some hotel and hospitality accounts.
- Deliver clean table linens, kitchen towels, aprons, uniforms, floor mats, and other linen products while picking up soiled items for laundering.
- Load and unload heavy rolling laundry carts safely and efficiently.
- Verify deliveries to ensure each customer receives the correct products.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly, professional service.
- Complete deliveries accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Follow all DOT and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including pushing heavy rolling laundry carts
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Successful Candidates Will Also Possess
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain one—we will assist)
- Previous route driving experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with the company
