Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Gymnastics Program Coordinator to lead and oversee our gymnastics program. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has gymnastics experience, enjoys working with people of all ages, and is ready to take ownership of a successful program.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and supporting staff, maintaining program quality, implementing curriculum, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring classes and schedules run smoothly.
Gymnastics experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train gymnastics staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development for staff
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Handle staff accountability and termination when necessary
- Create and maintain program and staff schedules
- Build and maintain positive relationships with athletes, parents, and clients
- Implement and maintain gymnastics curriculum and program standards
- Bring creativity and new ideas to classes, programming, events, and overall program development
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and energetic environment
- Attend monthly meetings with the management team
- Lead monthly staff meetings for the gymnastics department
- Communicate expectations, updates, and program goals clearly to staff
- Work collaboratively with management and other departments
- Help identify opportunities to improve and grow the gymnastics program.

Position Type: Full Time
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-6:30PM (1 Hr lunch 12:30-1:30PM)
Saturday 8:30AM- 12:00PM
