This position will be a little higher-level than a sales associate! We are looking for someone with previous experience in retail. They will need to be able to learn new skills, and take on more responsibilities, new challenges, and make a serious long-term commitment to helping with the growth of our business future.
```Duties```
- Perform opening and closing duties with consistency and accuracy
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer concerns
- Will need to become very knowledgeable of our product lines and artists
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays, and cleaning inside, and outside the store.
- Operate and utilize point-of-sale (POS) system and complete transactions accurately
- Be able to multitask, think on your feet quickly, especially in busy situations
- Upsell additional products or services to increase sales revenue
- Stay up to date with current technology trends
- Work as a team player with great communication skills
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (must have)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (must have)
- 100% Honesty (MUST HAVE)
- Social media marketing knowledge (preferred)
- Wholesale buying experience (preferred, not a must)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (preferred, not a must)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must have)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously (must have)
- Physical stamina for long shifts on your feet (must have)
- Energetic, and friendly (must have)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions (must have)
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor (must have)
- Excellent hygiene and the ability to look clean, professional, and appropriately dressed for the atmosphere (must have)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
