Shifts generally run from 4:30am - 12pm but may vary based on the demands of the hotel. Weekends and holidays are required but time-off requests are often accommodated. Timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and breaking down buffet
- Cleaning kitchen and dining areas
- Machine-washing dishes
- Brewing coffee, simple cooking by oven
- Monitoring and replenishing food as needed
- Greeting and interacting with guests
- Putting away orders / organizing pantry
- Mopping and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning restrooms and corridors
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
