Part-Time Baker – Immediate Hire

We are a recently opened, fast-growing cafe in downtown Minneapolis looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Baker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, takes pride in consistency, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Part-time (early morning availability required)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake fresh pastries and other menu items daily
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Assist with prep work for baked goods and cafe offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Work efficiently to ensure items are ready for opening hours
Qualifications
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
