What to Expect
The START program is a 16-week intensive EV service training program designed for those with existing automotive experience. During the program, candidates will develop technical expertise and earn certifications through a blended approach of in-class theory, hands-on labs and self-paced learning. Candidates will strengthen their soft skills through team-based repair practices.
