Comer & Cross Garage Coatings is looking for a strong Operations Manager / Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and team performance for our Boston location.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and install crews
- Hire, train, and manage production staff
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Track labor efficiency and inventory
- Report weekly KPIs and results
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in operations, construction, or production
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead in a hands-on environment
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
